Principal Quality Practice Guideline

As a school leader in an Alberta school, I am committed to learning about the recognized leadership dimensions. I am committed to developing my skills set in each of the dimensions.
Leadership Quality Standard 2018
This individual exudes trustworthiness. She takes on anything that is asked of her with a positive attitude and enthusiasm. She is a trusted adult with kids who are always seeking her guidance and shoulder. She is trustworthy with staff who also rely on her for the same guidance and shoulder. She does so many behind the scenes things that are integral to the cohesiveness of our school. I personally have  depended on her trustworthiness so many times and she has always been there for me. Thanks Deb for all that you do for all of us professionally and personally!

Thanks!!
